Documents We Need

Personal Documents

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from travel date)
  • Old passports (if any)
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs (white background, Schengen format)
  • Cover letter explaining travel purpose and itinerary
  • Completed visa application form

Travel Documents

  • Confirmed return flight tickets
  • Hotel booking / accommodation proof
  • Day-wise travel itinerary

Financial Documents

  • Last 6 months bank statements (with bank stamp)
  • Bank balance certificate
  • Last 3 years Income Tax Returns (ITR)
  • Salary slips (last 3 months)

Employment / Business Proof

If Employed:

  • Leave approval letter from company
  • Employment letter
  • Company ID card copy

If Self-Employed:

  • Business registration proof (GST / Shop Act / MSME)
  • Company bank statements
  • Cover letter on company letterhead

    Please Note : Travel Insurance is mandatory for Schengen visa
