Visa Details

Valid Passport: Issued within the last 10 years, with at least three (3) months validityafter the scheduled return, and with at least two empty pages, Include all old passports(if unavailable, submit FIR or proof of cancellation).

Application Form : Completed and signed twice by the applicant, If the applicant is aminor, the form must be signed twice by the legal guardían, along with proof of custody(apostilled birth certificate, divorce papers, étc.).

Passport Photograph: One passport-sized photo, not older than six months, 35mmx45mm, colour, white background, with no software alterations. Travel Health Insurance: Coverage of at least 30,000 EUR, valid in all Schengen countries for the durationof stay.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel reservation, rental, or campus residence confirmation, If staying with family or friends, proof of sponsorship/private accommodationfromthehost, If visiting multiple Member States, proof of accommodation in each. Proof of Means of Transport: Flight return tickets and itinerary. (Please do not purchase ticketsbefore obtaining the visa.)

Proof of Financial Means : Required Originals in A4 format: Bank Statements: Last three (3) months, stamped and signed by the bank, Income Tax Returns (ITR): Acknowledgement page for the last two (2) assessment years. If employed: Last three(3)month salary slips and bank statements (stamped and signed by the bank). If self- employed: Business registration or proof of proprietorship, last three (3) months personal and business bank statements (stamped and signed by the bank). If retired: Pension bank statement for the last three (3) months and proof of property or businessincome. If sponsored: Sponsor's bank statemnts (last three (3) months), proof of workor business ownership, and ITR for the last two years. For Children Under 18 Years Not Traveling with Both Parents: Written consent from the nontraveling parent/guardian, certified by a public notary. If traveling alone: Written consent fromboth parents/guardians, certified by a public notary. Copies of the passports of bothparents/guardians. Students: Copy of student ID and introduction letter from school/college/university.
