Documents We Need

  • Completed and signed Poland Visa Application Form.
  • Original passport (issued within the last 10 years) with at least two blank pages and copies of previous visas/passports, if applicable.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs (35 x 45 mm, white background).
  • Cover letter stating the purpose and duration of the visit.
  • Invitation letter and supporting documents for family or friend visits (if applicable).
  • Confirmed flight reservation and intra-Schengen travel itinerary (if applicable).
  • Travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.
  • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, invitation letter, or rental confirmation).
  • Proof of financial means (last 3 months' bank statements, last 2 years' ITR, salary slips, employment/business/pension documents, or sponsorship proof).
  • Parental consent and supporting documents for minors.
  • Proof of residence and copies of passport data pages.
  • Additional supporting documents, if required by the Embassy.

Application once applied is chargeable irrespective of Issuance/Rejection of the visa by the Immigration Department of the respective Country.
