Completed & signed Schengen Visa Application Form with one recent passport-size photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background).
Original passport with a copy (including extension/observation pages, if applicable).
Copies of previous passports or a loss explanation if unavailable.
Proof of accommodation (hotel booking, rental agreement, or invitation letter).
Travel itinerary or travel agency confirmation.
Marriage certificate and children's birth certificates (if applicable).
Confirmed return flight reservation and intra-Schengen travel bookings (if required).
Travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, valid for the entire stay.
Employment or occupation proof (salary slips, leave letter, student ID, business documents, or pension proof, as applicable).
Proof of financial means (last 3 months' bank statements, last 2 years' ITR, or sponsorship documents).
Parental consent letter for minors travelling alone or with one parent.
Details of travel companions, if travelling in a group.
Processing Time: 15 – 20 working day (depends upon the embassy)

Application once applied is chargeable irrespective of Issuance/Rejection of the visa by the Immigration Department of the respective Country.
