7. Updated Last 06 month’s company bank statement till date with bank stamp and sign on each page and having sufficient balance in Applicants companies accounts .
8. Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper with computation pages, Balance sheet and P & L Account (Company & Personal)
9. Employment proof, i.e. Shop & establishment license or any other documents as per the company and GST certificate all pages.
10. Pay slips of last 3 months
11. Sponsor letter - if any
12. Property Paper.
13. Fd’s - if any
14. Lic - if any
15. Mutual Funds - if any
16. Shares or Dividends - if any
17. Any other Financial Documents you wish to submit.
