1. Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.
2. Color photo with white background, (35mm X45mm)
3. PAN card of each passenger

5. Visa Application Form
6. Cover Letter - Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
7. Invitation Letter: Indian company Chamber of commerce letter.Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee, Passport copy of the invitee. If the invitee is not a citizen, a copy of valid residence permit is needed.
8. Financial Document: GST Certificate and Income Tax certificate of the Inviting Company.Indian company registration certificate.
9. If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
10. Invitee Documents : ID Copy of Invitee.Incorporation certificate copy of inviting company.Chamber of commerce of invitee company.• Trade license from invitee company
11. Other Mandatory Documents : Visiting card of the applicant
12. Air Ticket & hotel voucher Note : Applicant has visit the center to submit the application and to collect the passport
