Visa Details

1. Application Form duly filled in and signed by the applicant

2. Passport: Valid for at least three months. Contains at least two empty pages (back-to- back). Issued within the previous 10 years, with no alterations or handwrittenamendments on the data page, Provide previous old/cancelled passports-includinganyvalid visas for Schengen or UŠA/UK (issued in last three years).

3. Photograph: One recent colour photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm). Light-colouredbackground, full-face view, covering 70-80% of the photo. Ineligible photos: red-eyeeffect, dark glasses, hats, or head coverings (unless for religious reasons).

4. Certificate of the travel agency of the prepaid program in the case of an individual visit reservation of accommodation. Salary slips of the last three months fromtheemployer.3 years ITR. : Approval for holidays from employer.

5. Travel Medical Insurance (valid for Schengen countries): Must cover Bulgaria andtheentire intended stay. Minimum coverage: EUR 30,000.for all risks for EG. Accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy must clearly specify the periodof validity and must cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival &departure.

6. Cover Letter : Explaining the purpose of the trip, duration of stay, and details of subsequent visits (if any).

7. Proof of Means of Transportation: Flight reservation of return or round ticket. If theapplicant is travelling to several Schengen states proof of intra-Schengen flight reservation, train itinerary or car rental. Please note that the tickets do not have tobepaid, only the flight booking needs to be submitted. Travel plan covering all the withinSchengen area.

8. In case of Minors (less than 18 years) travelling: If the minor is travelling withonlyone parent, written consent certified by public notary of the other parent or guardianexcept in cases of a parent having sole custody or guardianship of the minor. If theminor travels alone, (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notaryof both parents or guardians having custody of the minor, in which case a court order orother proof of sole custody or guardianship must be provided. A photocopy of bothparents passports. If not, copies of the photo ID card of the parents, if not applicableaphotocopy of a birth certificate of the applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents.

09. Proof of Current Social and Professional Status: For self-employed/business owners: Certificate of Registration of the company in the case of self-employed and ITRof thecompany for the last 3 years (if applicable). For Retired: Pension statements for thelastthree months proof of regular generated by ownership of property or business.

10. Proof of Sufficient Funds: Original personal Bank statement with Applicants nameshowing movements in the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the Bank. Last three (2) years' Income Tax Returns (ITR). For Retired: Pension statements for the
