3.Confirmed travel booking with day to day details and Schedule of Stay
4.Personal Covering letter (For Employed-Plain paper/ Self-Employed-Company Letterhead);
5.Original updated Bank Statements with Rs.2,00,000 bank balance per person and bank seal and sign on it (Last 3 months to till date);
6.Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for last 2 years( Personal + Company)
7.Planned return flight itinerary
8. Hotel reservation
9.Salary slip of last 3 months with seal and signed;
10.Leave letter from company on letter head with company seal and signed;
If Self Employed:
Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed and GST Certificate.
Company’s updated bank statement with sufficient balance per person and bank seal and sign on it (Last 6 months to till date);
4 Blank letter heads with designation stamp and signed.
